We at JAYBEE LAMINATIONS PVT. LTD. established our core competency in the design, development and manufacturing of various products in CRGO Steel conforming to the Global standard of quality.
We have state of the art production site at our unit in NOIDA with all in-house facilities for slitting, shearing, punching, notching, de-burring, annealing and testing of our product.

We believe in up-grading our manufacturing process on a regular basis to incorporate technological innovations and develop better products. This helps us to design CRGO lamination, Toroidal & Rectangular Core that incorporate the latest technical features and are widely endeared by customers and clients.
We import CRGO Silicon Steel Coils in all the grades including HiB from countries such as USA, France, Germany Japan, Korea, Russian and Italy for the manufacture of our products.
Being a quality centric company, we follow comprehensive quality control measures in all our manufacturing processes and activities.
The bending, permeability and insulation resistance of the finished lamination are checked before they are certified as “Ready to Use” in transformers.
We are having testing equipments for pre-production testing of material to deliver the proper quality.
