CRGO LAMINATIONS FOR TRANSFORMERS :-
CRGO Laminations for use in distribution and Power transformers are made out of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Silicon Steel Coils in various grades of M3, M4, M5, M6 & HiB (ZDKH, ZH, MOH etc) with thickness ranging from 0.23 mm to 0.35 m.
CRGO CORE ASSEMBLY :-
Upon specific requirement by the customer we make the assembly of the laminations to form the Transformer Core and the No Load Losses of the complete core can be tested. The core laminations are stacked to form Core Assembly held rigidly by steel frame work clamped together to prevent any kind of vibration.
TORROIDAL & RECTANGULAR CORE :-
We manufacture Torroidal Core & Rectangular & strip laminations for use in Current Transformers and Potential Transformers. The Torroidal & Rectangular Core are subjected to vigorous testing before annealing and after annealing.
